Reservation & cancellation terms
Your subscriber early-bird opportunity
Subscriber early-bird registration opens November 9, 2026, at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time, before public registration. The subscriber early-bird rate is $699 per person, a $100 savings from the regular $799 rate. Pay your $100 deposit by November 22, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. EST to lock in the $699 total, leaving $599 to pay. If you do not pay your deposit by the deadline, the regular $799 price applies beginning November 23, 2026. Paying the deposit locks in your rate; you do not need to pay the full balance during the early-bird window.
Balance and payment options
Your remaining $599 balance is due August 15, 2027. You may pay the balance in full or request a payment plan. To arrange the optional schedule, email info@sistahood.us. Choosing the deposit does not automatically enroll you in recurring charges.
The confirmed destination and venue will be shared before we collect remaining-balance payments. If venue confirmation is delayed, we will email revised payment dates before collecting the balance.
Your deposit and venue confirmation
Your $100 deposit is refundable until 14 days after we email you the confirmed destination and venue. You may request a refund at any time before that window closes. After the window closes, the deposit becomes nonrefundable, except when the organizer-cancellation or retreat-change terms below apply.
If you need to cancel
- Before August 15, 2027: payments above the $100 deposit are refundable. The deposit is also refundable if your request falls within the venue-confirmation refund window described above.
- August 15, 2027, or later: retreat payments are nonrefundable, except when the venue-confirmation refund window or the organizer-cancellation or retreat-change terms apply. You may still request an eligible transfer by September 15, 2027.
Transferring your place
You may request one transfer of your reservation to another eligible attendee by September 15, 2027, at no additional transfer fee. Your original retreat rate and payments carry over to the replacement attendee. Email us to coordinate the transfer and confirm the replacement attendee’s details. Any remaining balance must still be paid by the applicable payment deadline.
If a payment is missed
We will send a reminder before your balance deadline. If the balance is not paid by the applicable deadline, you have seven additional days to resolve the missed payment before your place may be released. The refund terms above apply to any payments already made.
If we cancel or change the retreat
If The Issasistahood Collective cancels the retreat, all retreat payments received will be refunded. If we change the confirmed retreat dates or destination, we will notify you by email and provide a new 14-day window to cancel for a full refund of retreat payments received.

Facilitators, session times, room arrangements, and meal details will be shared as plans are confirmed.
Can I request a payment plan?
Yes. Email info@sistahood.us to arrange a plan. Your balance is due August 15, 2027; the venue will be confirmed before balance payments are collected.
What if the location isn’t right for me?
